These terms apply to the public website for Vrindavan Skies, to enquiry forms and Facebook or Instagram lead ads that send details to us, and to the staff sign-in on this domain. IREC Realty LLP, Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, operates the site.

The project

Vrindavan Skies is a residential project at Rukmani Vihar: Tower 5, Hi-tech Buildcon, Gopalgarh Tehra Road, behind Hotel Nidhivan. RERA registration UPRERAPRJ837197/10/2026. Pictures, areas, and prices on this site or in an advertisement are an invitation to enquire. A unit is booked only when the documents we issue for that booking are signed and the amounts they require are paid.

Enquiries

When you submit your name, phone number, or email on our site, through a partner link, or on a Meta lead form, you ask us to contact you about this project. You confirm that the details are yours and are accurate. We may call, message, or email you about availability and site visits. You can ask us to stop. How we store those details is described in the Privacy Policy.

Facebook and Instagram

If you send a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, you also agree to Meta's terms for that form. We receive the answers you submit and use them to respond about Vrindavan Skies. Removing the app in Facebook settings sends us a deletion request, which we handle as described in the privacy policy.

Staff access

The sign-in area is for IREC Realty staff and people we authorise. Keep your password private. Do not use the tools to collect or share customer information outside your role. We may suspend an account that is misused.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit someone else's contact details without their permission.
• Do not attempt to break, scan, or overload the site or the staff tools.
• Do not copy our project material and present it as your own listing.

Liability

We keep the site available as a way to enquire and for staff to work. Inventory and prices can change before a booking is signed. We are not liable for a loss caused by a temporary outage, an outdated advertisement, or a third-party service such as Meta, except where Indian law does not allow that limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change, and the current version stays at this address. Continuing to enquire or to sign in after an update means you accept the updated terms.
